You did an interesting analysis of how effective or helpful such surveys can actually be.
I think that it would be important to ensure such a surveyed student that his opinion would have not affect his future grades.

Here are a few words on one of the very few issues I found in your text:

(A) Structure,
When we want to get something from someone (info, help, item, etc.) we follow the verb 'ask' with the preposition 'for'.
We ask 'for' something.
We don't use any preposition when 'ask' functions in a bit different way, similarly to 'say', as in 'I asked her a question'.
Example:
'She asked him a question'
but
'She asked him for an answer'

うん、言われると、、、わかる。。。

(B,D,E,F,G,I,J,K,L,M,O) are correct and I presented some possible alternatives. Of those, (C,F,G) I proposed will sound a bit more natural.

Whether or not it is good for schools to ask students for their opinions (about) on lessons depends on the age of students. University students or high school students are mature enough to judge properly properly judge their teachers and their classes. However, if the subjects are at elementary school and are considered too young to answer correctly, it is not a good idea to collect opinions from them. Young school children tend to like sweet teachers, not strict (teachers) ones regardless of their teaching (skill) skills. In this case, the result (from) of the survey is not (worth) valuable.

(One of the advantages for schools to get) For schools, one of the advantages of getting their students' opinions is that they can use the (data) gathered information for evaluation of their teachers. If a teacher is rated highly, they can consider (his or her) a pay raise. Another merit is that this way schools can improve their education quality. It helps them promote their school and enhance their popularity.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages (about) of it. Some students might be afraid of getting low grades by giving negative opinions about their teachers. It could result in getting incorrect answers and the result from analyzing such data could (not be trustworthy.) be misleading.
