part2 speech
part2 Q&A
part3

All your sentences are clearly understandable and most parts are fine, as there were rather few issue there.

A few thoughts on your text:

(B) Logic,
From the later part of this sentence, 'their hotels', we know that these are 'hotels', 'hotel companies', or 'hotel chains'.
Term 'industry' normally refers to all the businesses of a given type in a country.
So, for example, we could have a statement like 'The hotel industry in Japan is worth..."
'Hotel industries' would rather refer to such an industry in different countries.

(K) Structure,
A person feels 'tired'.
Something is 'tiresome', so the person feels 'tired' when doing or thinking of it.
That means a person may feel/think that something is 'tiresome'.

(A,E,F,G,I,J) are correct and there I just presented some possible alternatives. Among those, (J) I proposed will look neater (ideally we place a comma after such a sentence connector).

There are some kinds of organizations that want to collect people's opinions. Some companies ask people to try their food and answer to some simple questions on their tastes and smells and which products they like. Other businesses like to know (customers' feedback on) what customers think of their services. For example, hotel industries hotel companies collect customers' reviews after staying after those have stayed at their hotels.

It is a good way to gather people's opinions in order to improve their products or services. It lead leads to expansion of (the) their market share or increase of the number of their loyal customers. The better the quality becomes, the more profits they can gain. If a restaurant (has a concern about less customers compared to their counterparts,)observes they have less customers then their competition, through the a survey they can know the causes or (points) areas to be improved.

However, some people might be unwilling to answer a questionnaire for several reasons. One is that the person is just busy and feels it's extremely tiresome if he or she is requested to give the an opinion. In another case, someone is very protective and does not want to talk about his or her personal preference.
